Obsessing over the Sultra



Everyone is raving about the Sultra Bombshell Curling Rod.  I was a skeptic, nothing keeps a curl in my hair aside from it being set for an hour and tons of spray.  Well I am now a believer!!!

Here's the Difference:  The Japanese Kyocera Ceramic Technology helps strengthen and repair hair with infrared rays.  The heat is evenly distributed through the curling rod at a 360 degrees so you aren't frying your hair and the waves are fluid and smooth.

Just in Time for the Holiday's

This is my favorite time of year, although some people can't quite figure out why.  The level of cosmetic committment that the ladies who shop Trend Show is above and beyond your typical cosmetic junkie.  From the 7:45 arrival time to the rush for the aisle seat, that's where all the action is, to the flooded sea of director chairs swarming with makeup apps and mini facials - its heaven!!!

Cosmetic Brands bring out their best Artists and Stylists for this glorious day and all you, the consumer, have to do - buy a ticket, and figure out where you are gonna go first.  Best way to plan the day?  Take you mom, daughter or a close girl friend - buy a ticket in advance and schedule a mini facial, makeup application (with Smashbox of course - I'll be there customizing looks), and a stylist so you can get your hair did.  Go to lunch when your done and then go home and dive into the bag filled with all of your favorite finds for this holiday season.

Tickled Pink



Not only do I love October for the obvious reasons like the leaves start to change color, the air becomes a little cooler, or it's my birthday month.  I love October for the cause it represents - Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Breast Cancer has effected my family and usually I support the cause by walking for the cure, this year I was unable to so.  I did the next best thing - SHOPPED!!!!  I encourage you all to support the fight against Breast Cancer in anyway you can.  If you can't join a walk or a run, support the cause buy updating your makeup and skincare.  You will not only feel good, but look good too.
